Nate Solomon, a 61-year-old fitness enthusiast, has been immersed in various training methods since the age of 14, encompassing weight training, mini-triathlons, marathons, and multiple 100-mile bike races. He holds multiple certifications from the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) and has been providing online training services since July 2021. Additionally, Nate is a current member of the Functional Aging Institute (FAI).


Driven by a passion for fitness and a personal journey of transformation, Nate's approach to training is deeply personalized. He prioritizes understanding the individual needs of each trainee and collaborating to establish attainable goals. Nate is adept at adapting to his clients' life circumstances, whether they are dealing with injuries, traveling, or exploring new sports. His holistic approach encompasses enhancing self-awareness and addressing total body wellness. Moreover, Nate's commitment extends beyond scheduled training sessions, as he remains accessible to his clients via texts and emails, providing unwavering support throughout their fitness journey.


Nate's journey into fitness began in middle school, where he faced challenges as the "little fat kid" teased while playing baseball. Motivated by the desire to excel athletically and inspired by his brother's counsel on the importance of strength and agility, Nate continued to prioritize fitness throughout his school years and into college. However, it was during his transition from competitive sports to endurance events like distance running and cycling that Nate truly grasped the significance of nutrition in optimizing performance.


Reflecting on his experiences with endurance training, Nate recognized the value of incorporating weight training and overall body conditioning into his regimen. Through this journey, he gained insights into the complexity of individual fitness needs, learning to balance training intensity to avoid overtraining and injury. Moreover, Nate developed a profound understanding of the importance of empathy and mindfulness in fostering meaningful relationships and personal well-being.
